Return

When you shop at Dogs and Friends, you have a 30-day right of withdrawal. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you can create a return label via our returns portal here and follow the instructions provided. Return shipping costs 39 DKK, and the amount can be paid by card via the link.

Please note that returned goods must not have been used or otherwise lost their value. When we receive the returned goods, we will check them and you will be refunded the original amount within 14 days, provided that the goods are intact.

If you have received a volume discount and you cancel part of the purchase and the total purchase price no longer meets the conditions for the volume discount, you will no longer be entitled to the value of the discount.

Refund

If you regret your purchase, you will get your money back. If the item has diminished in value, we will deduct the amount you are liable for.

We will refund all payments you have made. The refund will be made no later than 14 days after receiving your message that you wish to cancel the purchase.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods, unless you have provided documentation in advance that you have returned them. We will refund the amount using the same payment method you used for the purchase, unless we agree otherwise.

NOTE:

You may risk losing your purchase amount, in whole or in part, if the value of the item has diminished, for example if:

• You have used the product.

• The item was damaged while you were responsible for it.

• You have handled the item in a way that goes beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, properties and function of the item.

• You have not complied with the specific conditions for the right of withdrawal regarding sealing or special types of goods.
